If you’ve got technical problems with our products or questions about warranty, our distributor in your country and your salesman will help you with words and deeds.

Film- and Slidescanners

If you’ve got technical problems, please make sure that the driver version of the scanner installed is up to date. At Software and drivers you will find an appropriate choice.

If the device has a mechanical or electronic defect, which doesn’t go away by updating the software, we ask you to fill in our questionnaire for error analysis and send your device together with the filled-in questionnaire to our distributor in your country or to your salesman.

If pictures scanned with xScan are too dark please read here (does NOT apply to X²-Scan)
